Enrollment Process

  • Step 1: Schedule a visit by calling us at (631) 629-5599 or by filling out the form below.

  • Step 2: Complete the application form that you received at your visit or by using the link above.

  • Step 3: Remit payment of $125 application fee along with your application. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Step 4: An enrollment acknowledgement email will be sent to you at the completion of these steps. Upon decision to enroll, please submit $1000 deposit fee. This deposit is non-refundable upon withdrawal.

  • Note: Places will not be held until application and fees have been received.

The enrollment process starts by making an appointment to visit the school while class is in session, usually in the morning around 9:30 or 10:00 AM.

PreK-Kindergarten: We offer a tour and some classroom observation time, then we will interview your child by doing some classroom activities with them.  At the conclusion of the observation/interview we will discuss next steps.

Elementary: We offer a half-day or more visit in the classroom where you child has the opportunity to work directly with the teacher and students and get a good sense of what their experience will be like at Love of Learning.

Most enrollment interviews and visits are scheduled in February and March for the following school year.  Classes may fill up by March or April for the coming year. Once classes reach capacity, a waiting list will be formed and enrollments will occur as spaces open throughout the year. 

Financial Aid can be requested at the time of application starting in January prior to the following school year. Requests are reviewed along with required documentation and decisions are made by our financial aid committee. Applicants requesting aid in spring or later may need to wait for the following year’s review cycle.
